We are currently seeking a Software Development Senior Analyst to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Core Responsibilities
- CI/CD Pipeline Management: Designing, implementing, and maintaining Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to automate code builds, tests, and deployments.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation to provision, configure, and manage infrastructure, ensuring consistency across environments.
- Automation & Scripting: Automating repetitive manual processes for software development and IT operations to minimize human error and increase speed.
- Monitoring & Performance Optimization: Implementing monitoring and logging solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Datadog) to track application performance, ensure system health, and proactively identify bottlenecks.
- Collaboration & Security (DevSecOps): Working between development and IT teams to foster a DevOps culture, integrating security protocols directly into the pipeline.
- Incident Management & Troubleshooting: Debugging deployment failures and troubleshooting production issues to minimize downtime.
- Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP experience.
- Scripting/Programming: Proficiency in Python, Bash, or Go.
- Containerization & Orchestration: Docker and Kubernetes.
- CI/CD Tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- Reviewing and updating automation scripts.
- Monitoring system performance dashboards.
- Configuring and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines.
- Managing secrets and environment variables.
- Coordinating with developers for seamless code deployments.
