Senior Full Stack Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong backend expertise in Java to build and scale our Enterprise Platform. This role requires high ownership, strong system design skills, and the ability to leverage AI tools to improve engineering productivity and quality.

What You’ll Do

 Design and build scalable backend services using Java (Spring Boot, Quarkus)

 Develop end-to-end features across backend-heavy full stack (APIs + UI integration)

 Architect and deliver microservices on Kubernetes / Amazon EKS

 Work with databases (MySQL, Elastic Search, any graph DB)

 Understand platform-level architecture and contribute to reusable components

 Identify gaps, propose solutions, and drive features independently

 Use AI tools effectively for coding, debugging, and test generation (with critical evaluation)

 Write clear documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing

 Ensure high standards of quality, testing, and production readiness

What We’re Looking For

 8–12 years of experience in full stack development (backend-heavy)

 Strong expertise in Java, Tomee, Quarkus, Spring Boot, Python and REST APIs

 Working experience with frontend technologies (PHP or React/Angular or similar)

 Solid understanding of distributed systems and scalable architecture

 Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)

 Hands-on with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps / AWS CodePipeline / similar)

 Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work independently
