Professional Sales - CLM Inc. is hiring a Sales Manager to help support retail partnerships with Home Depot and Lowe’s. This position is a great fit for someone who is interested in consumer products, retail strategy, and sales operations, and wants to gain experience working with large-scale retail accounts, such as Home Depot & Lowe’s, as well as brand manufacturers.
In this role, you will assist with the coordination and execution of account initiatives while working alongside senior sales leadership. Daily responsibilities include maintaining product information, supporting retailer communications, reviewing sales trends, and helping prepare presentations and reporting materials. You’ll also contribute to product launch activities and support ongoing retail programs across the cleaning category.
This opportunity provides broad exposure to how products are developed, managed, and sold through Home Depot & Lowe’s. You’ll work closely with teams across sales, operations, marketing, and supply chain, gaining valuable experience in the day-to-day management of Home Depot and Lowe’s.
We’re looking for someone who is organized, analytical, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-moving, team-focused environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist with the management and support of Home Depot & Lowe’s
- Maintain product information, item setup details, and packaging updates across Home Depot & Lowe’s systems
- Analyze sales performance and marketplace activity to help identify business opportunities
- Compile sales data, reporting, and presentation materials for account reviews and planning meetings
- Monitor competitive products, pricing trends, and industry developments within the home improvement sector
- Coordinate with internal departments on inventory planning, promotional support, and product rollouts
- Ensure retailer portals and product listings remain accurate and up to date
- Participate in biannual trade shows

Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in account coordination, sales support, retail operations, supply chain, or a related area
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred
- Background in retail or consumer packaged goods preferred
- Strong analytical abilities with confidence working with sales and performance data. Must be able to work with Tableau, Supplier Hub & Vendor Drill applications.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting systems; experience with retailer portals or POS platforms is beneficial
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Positive attitude, initiative-driven mindset, and willingness to take on new challenges
- Must Reside in Atlanta, GA
