Salary: 35,000 - 40,000 (DOE) + 1,000 bonus+annual healthcare contribution + 2% matching pension contribution

Remote working on Fridays after probation
The successful Account Manager must be a self-motivated individual who is driven by enhancing customer experiences and has a proven track record in sales. This role requires a self-starter with the confidence and ability to effectively handle customer feedback. This position is full time on site in Citywest Business Campus.
What does my day-to-day look like ?
- Act as the primary internal point of contact for selected customers.
- Develop and sustain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Focus on maintaining and increasing sales by identifying areas for improving customer experience and targeting opportunities, including approving discounts.
- Participate in monthly internal and external sales meetings.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Stay informed about local market conditions and provide feedback on competitor activity in the area.
- Expand the core business within managed accounts.
Liaise with Business Development Team:
- Share relevant customer information for their area.
- Collaborate to secure opportunities.
Offer Product Support to Customers:
- Navigate and understand the product catalog.
- Understand main product groups and their uses.
- Promote all products and upsell accessories.
Update C4C System (CRM):
- Log details of all calls.
- Add contacts to customer accounts.
- Update contacts with product interests.
- Attach useful documents to customer accounts.
- Include details of high-value or large orders.
- Manage sales opportunities to support the sales pipeline.
Requirements for the role:
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and effective interaction with customers and team members.
- Possess experience in delivering customer-focused solutions tailored to meet specific customer needs, ensuring a customer-centric approach in all interactions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple account management projects simultaneously, maintaining a high level of attention to detail and organization.
- Provide support at trade events, assisting in the setup, promotion, and engagement with attendees to enhance the company's presence and outreach.
