Your Impact: Operational Excellence and Client Retention
- Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a large portfolio of commercial accounts, building trust and ensuring long-term loyalty.
- Order & Logistics: Manage complex appliance orders, coordinate delivery schedules, and resolve any logistical challenges efficiently.
- Post-Sales Support: Handle post-sales service inquiries, escalating technical issues to the appropriate teams while ensuring clear and timely communication with the client.
- Team Contribution: Work on-site in the Greece office, actively collaborating with sales and support teams to streamline commercial operations.
- Volume Handling: Demonstrate the ability to manage a high volume of accounts and prioritize competing tasks effectively.
- Language Mastery: Native-level fluency in German and professional working proficiency in English.
- Experience: Proven experience in account management, customer service, or logistics coordination, preferably within a B2B environment.
- Skills: Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
