Spanish Sales Representative

Languages Required: Spanish (C1/native) + English (B2+)

About The Role

Join an international team in Athens as a Sales Representative / Customer Satisfaction Account Manager. In this role, you will manage Spanish-speaking clients, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and identify sales opportunities within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Act as the main point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients
• Manage the full customer journey from inquiry to after-sales support
• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes
• Achieve KPIs and contribute to team targets

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday (no weekend shifts)
• 40 hours per week (8 hours/day)
• On-site work model

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: €1,560 gross/month
• Quarterly Bonus: Uncapped performance-based bonus
• 14 Salaries per year:
• 12 monthly salaries
• +1 Easter bonus
• +1 split between Summer & Christmas

• Annual Leave: 25 days

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish (C1/native)
• Good level of English (B2+)
• Experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Account Management
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Customer-oriented mindset
• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Greece

• On-site role – remote work is not available
• Quarterly bonus is performance-based and uncapped
