The Role

We are looking for a Head of AI Services Delivery to own end-to-end execution of our enterprise AI engagements. You will run delivery across a portfolio of US, UAE, and India clients - from discovery and solutioning through deployment and value realization.

This is a delivery leadership role, not a pure architect role. You will own outcomes, timelines, and client satisfaction. You should have enough technical depth to work with the FDEs to challenge architectural choices, unblock teams, and speak credibly with CXOs about agentic systems - but you will not be writing code day-to-day.

What You Will Own

• Delivery execution across active engagements - staffing, scoping, governance, risk, and on-time outcomes against committed business value.
• Client relationships with US and global enterprise stakeholders - running steering committees, QBRs, escalations, and expansion conversations alongside the founders.
• Delivery operating model - pods, playbooks, estimation, quality gates, and metrics that scales 3x-5x without losing velocity or craft.
• Talent - hiring, mentoring, and developing engagement managers, FDEs, and technical leads; building a delivery culture that attracts top AI talent.
• Cross-functional partnership with GTM, Product, and the founders' office on pre-sales solutioning, proposals, and partner-led pursuits.

What You Bring

• 12-15 years in technology services, with the majority in delivery leadership roles at AI startups, IT services, consulting, or product engineering firms.
• Proven track record delivering complex programs for US enterprise customers - ideally multi-million-dollar, multi-quarter engagements with Fortune 1000 clients.
• Hands-on program leadership - you have personally run delivery for at least one engagement of 20+ people and $3-5M+ ARR, not just managed managers.
• Working understanding of agentic AI - agent architectures, orchestration, RAG, evaluation, and the operational realities of deploying LLM-based systems in production. You stay current on the space.
• Modern delivery sensibility - comfortable with FDE-style engagement models, weeks-not-quarters delivery cadence, and fixed-outcome rather than T&M contracts.
• Executive presence - you can hold the room with senior leaders – customer decision makers, partners and CTOs.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; an MBA or equivalent is a plus.
