Position Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Salary: 60,000 per month + bonus up to 6-month

Location: Kowloon Tung & Shatin, Hong Kong

Responsibilities

• Corporate Strategy & Business Management
• Lead the overall business operation and strategic development of the company;
• Drive the commercialization and industrialization of sulfur-based flow battery technologies;
• Oversee R&D, product development, business development, project delivery, and organizational growth;
• Establish and optimize corporate governance and operational systems.
• Product & Industrialization Development
• Coordinate R&D teams in developing flow battery stacks, energy storage systems, and related technologies;
• Promote pilot and demonstration projects in applications such as data centers, commercial & industrial storage, and microgrids;
• Develop industrialization and scale-up strategies for future mass production.
• Business Development & Strategic Partnerships
• Develop relationships with customers, strategic partners, government bodies, and industry stakeholders;
• Promote collaborations with universities, utilities, industrial companies, and investment institutions;
• Represent the company in domestic and international industry engagements and partnerships.
• Financing & Capital Planning
• Lead fundraising, investor relations, and capital planning activities;
• Coordinate government funding applications, industrial partnerships, and strategic investments;
• Support the company’s long-term capital market development strategy.
• Team & Organization Building
• Build and lead technical, operational, and management teams;
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and organizational culture;
• Establish project management and operational systems to support company growth.

Qualifications

Education

• PhD degree required;
• Backgrounds in energy, electrochemistry, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, materials science, business, or related disciplines are preferred.

Experience

• Experience in renewable energy, energy storage, power systems, or technology industries;
• Experience in technology commercialization, startup operations, or project management is preferred;
• Strong organizational and cross-functional leadership capabilities.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong strategic thinking and execution ability;
• Business development and resource integration capability;
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams;
• Deep understanding of long-duration energy storage and flow battery technologies is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in energy storage, battery technologies, or power systems;
• Experience in technology startups, fundraising, or industrialization projects;
• Familiarity with the Hong Kong and Greater Bay Area innovation ecosystem.
