Team Lead - Resource Management

We are looking for a Team Lead with a strong MIS and reporting background to support our Resource Management function. This role focuses on utilization, capacity, and workforce reporting, and works closely with Delivery, Finance and TA teams to ensure accurate and meaningful insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Own utilization, capacity, and allocation reporting.
• Prepare MIS dashboards and management reports.
• Validate and reconcile data from PMs, Finance and TA.
• Track bench, billing variance and deployment risks.
• Support workforce planning and decision-making.
• Improve Excel trackers and reporting processes.
• Maintain data quality and reporting standards.

• 3+ years in MIS, Resource Management, or a similar role.
• Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas, Power Query).
• Strong experience working with large data sets.
• Good understanding of utilization and workforce metrics.
• Power BI experience is a plus.

• Degree or an equivalent professional qualification

• High attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication with stakeholders.
• Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working under deadlines.
• Team player with a hands-on approach.
