The team:

We're building a deliberately small, agentic-first engineering team. Every engineer ships meaningful surface area, leverages AI tooling aggressively, and owns systems end-to-end. No layers between you and the outcome.

What you'll build:

• Consumer App — a best-in-class travel discovery and booking experience: feeds, search, recommendations, and personalization for Indian travellers.
• Internal tools — Sales and Ops productivity platforms that let a lean business operate at scale: agent workbenches, supplier tools, ops dashboards.

Responsibilities:

Design and ship backend services and REST APIs. Own data modelling, schema, and query optimization across SQL and NoSQL. Debug production, integrate third-party APIs, and define architecture patterns the team builds on.

What we're looking for:

• 2–4 years of backend experience shipping production systems
• Deep expertise in Node.js — built and scaled high-traffic services
• Strong SQL + NoSQL fundamentals
• B.Tech from top IITs, NITs, DTU, NSIT, BITS Pilani or equivalent
• Prior experience at a consumer tech / consumer-facing product company
• Comfortable using AI coding tools as a force multiplier
