We are hiring: Vice President – Product & Sales
Gurugram | Full-Time | On-Site
We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven Vice President – Product & Sales to lead the next phase of growth for a high-impact enterprise supply chain technology business.
This role sits at the intersection of:
• Enterprise SaaS
• Supply Chain Technology
• Product Strategy
• Revenue Growth
• Customer Transformation
The ideal candidate understands both:
How to build enterprise-grade products
AND
How to position and scale them in complex B2B environments.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Product Leadership
• Define and drive product vision aligned with market opportunities and customer needs
• Work closely with engineering, operations, and leadership teams to shape scalable enterprise solutions
• Identify gaps in the supply chain technology ecosystem and translate them into product opportunities
• Lead roadmap prioritization, feature strategy, and go-to-market alignment
• Build products that improve visibility, collaboration, forecasting, logistics efficiency, and operational decision-making across supply chains
🔹 Sales & Business Growth
• Drive enterprise sales strategy and revenue growth across target markets
• Build and manage high-value client relationships with enterprise stakeholders and decision-makers
• Lead strategic conversations with manufacturers, logistics providers, distributors, and supply chain leaders
• Develop scalable GTM strategies for SaaS and technology solutions
• Collaborate with marketing and partnerships teams to strengthen market positioning and pipeline generation
🔹 Strategic Leadership
• Act as a bridge between customer expectations, product innovation, and commercial success
• Monitor market trends, competitor movements, and emerging technologies in supply chain and logistics tech
• Build long-term strategic plans for product adoption, expansion, and retention
• Mentor and lead cross-functional teams with a strong ownership mindset
What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Product, Sales, Business Strategy, or Enterprise SaaS leadership roles
• Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, SaaS, ERP, or enterprise technology ecosystems
• Experience managing enterprise accounts and complex B2B sales cycles
• Proven ability to scale products and drive commercial growth simultaneously
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and execution skills
Preferred Background:
• Experience in Supply Chain Tech / Logistics Tech / ERP / AI-driven enterprise platforms
• Exposure to multi-enterprise platforms, visibility solutions, or operational intelligence systems is a strong advantage
• Prior experience in leadership roles within fast-scaling technology organizations
