Background and Duties
- Investigate and solve complex technical issue
- Attempt replicating the issue, document and submit to development department
- Manage knowledge base such as technical documents and SOPs
- Coordinate relevant departments
Job Requirements
- Currently in Japan and satisfied requirements of possessing a working permit in Japan
- Experience and knowledge in IT system, technical solution or relevant duties
- Business level in both Japanese(JLPT N1) and English

- Long term, renewable
- Theoretical monthly salary 320,000Yen
- 5 days, 8 hours work
