Job Title: Sr. Business Analyst

Salary: MR6,000 - RM9,000

*Must have experience in Insurance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and user stories.
  • Work closely with project, development, and testing teams for successful delivery.
  • Manage and maintain product backlog and ensure sprint readiness.
  • Identify process improvements and support business transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide solutions.
  • Support and maintain applications as per SLA and IT SDLC processes.
  • Lead or support projects and resolve complex application issues.


Requirements:

  • 3–10 years of experience in IT applications delivery/support.
  • Experience in the Insurance industry is mandatory.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Project management experience is an added advantage.
