- Job Purpose
Lead the overall industrial product sales and key account development in Indonesia. Build and manage a localized sales organization, achieve GMV, gross profit, payment collection and other core business targets.
- Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Target Management
• Develop sales strategy, annual business plan and budget for the Indonesian market, decompose and implement core targets such as sales volume, profit and market share.
• Lead the establishment of the sales system, and build mechanisms for customer segmentation, channel management, project-based sales and risk control & payment collection.
2. Key Account & Market Expansion
• Develop and deeply operate local large-scale KA clients (manufacturing, engineering, energy, mining, infrastructure) and Chinese overseas enterprises in Indonesia.
• Lead negotiations, bidding and contract signing for major projects, establish long-term strategic cooperation, and improve customer penetration and repurchase rate.
3. Team & Operations Management
• Recruit, train and manage the localized sales team, formulate assessment and incentive mechanisms, and build a high-performance team.
• Collaborate with supply chain, procurement & sales, fulfillment, technology and other departments to ensure delivery efficiency and customer experience.
4. Market Insight & Compliance
• Insight into the pattern, price, competitors and policies of Indonesia's industrial product market, and provide strategic suggestions.
• Ensure business compliance, risk control and anti-commercial bribery, and maintain the company's brand and reputation.
- Requirements
1. Background & Experience
• Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 10 years of sales experience in industrial products/MRO/engineering materials/industrial consumables in Indonesia.
• More than 5 years of overall sales team management experience, with successful cases of independent regional/country operation and 100-million-level revenue.
2. Resources & Capabilities
• Deeply rooted in the Indonesian market, with priority given to those who have customer resources of local large enterprises/government projects/Chinese overseas enterprises.
• Strong business negotiation, key account operation, project-based sales and cross-cultural management capabilities.
3. Language & Qualifications
• Native/fluent in Indonesian, English as a working language; Chinese is preferred.
• Integrity, strong sense of compliance, and ability to quickly integrate into JD's culture and global business model.
