We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to strengthen StickEarn’s client relationships, drive new business, and provide consultative solutions that deliver real value. This role combines new client acquisition, strategic selling, and customer success, while supporting business development initiatives.

🌟 What You’ll Do

  • New Client Acquisition & Relationship Building: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with a focus on acquiring strategic clients, while building strong relationships with key decision-makers to position StickEarn as the preferred partner.
  • Consultative Selling & Advisory: Act as a trusted consultant by uncovering client challenges, developing consultative decks, packaging insights and data into impactful proposals, presenting new products, and leading negotiations with a value-driven approach to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Account & Data Management: Maintain accurate client information and pipeline activities in CRM systems, negotiate agreements, manage documentation, and ensure proper tracking of sales performance.
  • Business Development Support & Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to craft compelling proposals and campaign strategies, share market insights and client feedback to refine sales approaches and product offerings, and contribute to broader business development initiatives to strengthen StickEarn’s market presence.

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and account acquisition with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Background in consultative or solution-based sales (experience in Advertising, Media, Digital Marketing, or SaaS is highly welcome).
  • Experience handling government or enterprise deals and building a strong leads database.
  • Strong networking capabilities and experience building relationships with direct clients.
  • Strong understanding of campaign processes across pre-campaign planning, execution, and post-campaign reporting.
  • Strong ability to develop proposals, pricing strategies, and business reviews.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong negotiation, leadership, and mentoring capabilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate campaign or performance data into actionable insights for clients.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative — able to solve problems and deliver results under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with CRM tools (Zoho).
  • Professional working proficiency in English.
