Analyst

We're looking for Analysts!

Responsibilities

• Perform quality reviews of business processes (e.g., claims, operations) to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to standards
• Analyze trends, identify risks, and highlight key quality drivers to improve operational outcomes
• Support structured workflows and ensure timely, accurate completion of deliverables
• Generate insights through data analysis to support decision-making and improve process efficiency
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and quality metrics for stakeholders
• Track performance indicators and ensure SLA adherence
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Claims, Underwriting, Audit, and Operations
• Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders
• Act as a liaison to ensure alignment and transparency across teams
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement
• Contribute to the development of quality frameworks, tools, and governance practices
• Support automation and modernization initiatives (including AI-assisted workflows where applicable)
