Are you an entrepreneurial sales leader ready to drive the expansion of a top-tier Fintech scale-up in Oslo, Norway? BrightAnalytics is looking for a Lead Account Executive to inspire our team in Oslo and conquer the Nordic market!

Our headquarters are located in Roeselare (Belgium), but with our five international sales hubs in Rotterdam, Oslo, Stockholm, Copenhagen and Paris, our ambition is to become the European market leader.

What are your responsibilities as a Senior Account Executive?

  • Lead and inspire the team in Oslo
    • Act as a coach to ensure that sales colleagues are ramping up successfully
    • Motivate and inspire your colleagues to achieve and surpass their goals and reach an overall high level of performance
    • Protect/breath the team- and company culture
    • Lead by example: close deals and manage your own sales cycles
    • Contribute actively to improving overall business performance

  • Market Development
    • Conduct a constant market analysis by experiencing it daily in the field
    • Work closely with our Nordics Regional Manager to deliver market insights, help identify and address business/product priorities and enable BrightAnalytics to stay ahead of the market

  • Create customer base
    • Generate leads via combined business-marketing development actions to fuel our sales pipe
    • Build and maintain successful relationships with prospects
    • Achieve and surpass your personal budget by guiding potential clients through our sales cycle and closing deals
    • Ensure that each local customer becomes an ambassador
    • Follow and report on predefined business KPI’s
What is your added strategic value to the sales team?

  • You hold a Master’s Degree in business and/or economics
  • You have a successful track record of 5+ years in a business/sales context or experience in a financial position with the desire to make the switch to an entrepreneurial sales/business challenge
  • Fluency in Norwegian is essential due to the platform’s complexity, and fluency in English is a must in our international environment
  • Being familiar with the local (business) culture is an asset
  • You have the ability to inspire people and let them be the best version of themselves
  • You prefer to work @ the office to support your colleagues in their daily tasks and challenges
