What You Will Do
The brand activation specialist is responsible for developing & implementing tactical plans, overseeing market analysis, creating new local activations & innovative solutions and strategies, and building strong networks with key opinion leaders in all managing brands. This role will also lead and inspire staff, ensure brand integrity, and contribute to longer-term tactical plans:
- Develop local brand planning & strategy (including 3YOP and Business Plans), aligned with SE cluster strategy and Science of Brand Growth (SOBG) principles based, for brands & manage brand operations to ensure E2E teams’ synchronization and market-leading excellence in execution towards consumer, shopper, HCPs and customer in Spain.
- Defines the best strategy for Internal product capabilities on brands to drive HCP recommendation.
- Implement tactical plans by providing appropriate promotional materials and monitoring promotional effectiveness.
- E2E P&L (NTS-BMC) management for Spain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement creative solutions.
- Provide strategic guidance and insights on business analysis and strategic capabilities.
- Monitor competitive activity and industry developments impacting business to identify new opportunities.
- Coach, develop, and inspire staff to drive performance improvement and achieve business goals.
- College / university Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Pharmaceutical sciences.
- +3 years of experience in Marketing / shopper marketing/ trade marketing in consumer healthcare or consumer goods industry
- Experience in OTC’s | Dermocosmetics business would be highly advantageous.
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Fluent in English – Verbal and Written Communication
- Marketing College Master
- Digital and Social media experience in developing and activating content & communication.
- Knowledge of Multinational Company environment
- Business, Financial & digital acumen
- Excellent communication and strong influencing skills - communicate clearly with strong impact
- Strong Interpersonal skills and collaborative style
- Sharp analytical skills, able to analyze data quickly and infer insights to act and move forward.
