## What You Will Do

As the vital bridge between Business and Engineering, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of our Business Support Systems (BSS) and MVNE services.

1. Requirement Engineering & Solution Architecture

• Translate Vision to Reality: Deconstruct complex business demands into precise BSS system requirements and technical Change Requests (CRs).
• Visualize Workflows: Design technical blueprints, process flows, and sequence diagrams to align cross-functional teams.
• Uphold Industry Standards: Partner with Design, Dev, and QA teams to ensure all solutions comply with global Telecom Industry BSS standards.

2. Strategic MVNO Onboarding

• Drive Integration: Lead the technical planning, scoping, and onboarding of next-generation MVNO partners onto our BSS platform.
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate alignment across internal and external stakeholders regarding timelines, technical deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies.

3. Quality Assurance & Release Governance

• Own the Release: Guard the production environment by reviewing SIT, UAT, and production sanity test cases.
• Technical Support: Act as the technical escalation point for Operations and QA teams, ensuring rapid closure of system anomalies and supporting robust security testing.
