Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a rotational program within F&B outlets to gain hands-on operational experience
- For the Accounting Track: Manage daily accounting operations, prepare financial statements, conduct financial analysis, and gain exposure to outlet-level financial activities
- For the Marketing Track: Contribute to campaign development, create engaging content, execute digital marketing strategies, manage CRM activities, and collaborate on mall partnerships and brand activations
- For the Procurement Track: Assist in sourcing, vendor management, contract negotiation, import/export logistics, inventory control, leasing support, and outlet maintenance activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals and objectives
- Demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills and contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Actively participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
- A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance (for Accounting Track), Marketing, Business, or related field (for Marketing Track), or Supply Chain, Business, or Logistics (for Procurement Track)
- For Accounting Track: Proficiency in Mandarin and English is essential to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
- For Marketing and Procurement Tracks: Mandarin-speaking ability is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and proactive with demonstrated leadership potential
- Willingness to start hands-on in operations for 3-6 months
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (required for Procurement Track; a plus for others)
- Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus (for Procurement Track)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
