Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives
- Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and process discussions
Documentation & Analysis
- Create clear and structured documentation (BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows)
- Translate business requirements into actionable insights for technical teams
- Review and validate requirements to ensure completeness and accuracy
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a liaison between business users and IT/development teams
- Communicate requirements, changes, and updates effectively
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure business expectations are met
Process Improvement
- Identify gaps and opportunities for process optimization
- Recommend solutions that improve efficiency and user experience
- Support implementation and change management activities
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
Skills
- Strong experience in requirements gathering and documentation
- Familiar with tools like Excel, Visio, JIRA, Confluence, or similar
- Good understanding of SDLC / Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
