Location: Onsite – Salt Lake City, UT

Compensation: Uncapped commission with first-year OTE of $80,000–$100,000

The Opportunity

We are seeking a driven Account Executive to help grow our client base by owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through close. This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and converting those opportunities into long-term client partnerships.

What You’ll Do

Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach

Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through closing new business

Identify and connect with key decision-makers including CEOs, CFOs, Controllers, and business owners

Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and position NOW CFO solutions effectively

Manage and advance a pipeline of opportunities to drive consistent revenue growth

Maintain accurate records of outreach, activity, and pipeline in CRM

Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to support client engagements and ensure successful delivery

Participate in ongoing training to develop sales skills, product knowledge, and industry expertise

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

1–3 years of experience in sales or business development

Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with professionals

Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset

Ability to manage multiple opportunities and move deals through the sales process

Coachable, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Nice-to-Haves

B2B sales experience with full-cycle closing responsibility

Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar

Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or outbound prospecting tools

What Success Looks Like

Consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and activity goals

Successfully managing a full sales cycle from prospecting to close

Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities

Developing long-term client relationships

Contributing to overall team revenue growth
