Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Analyst role based in the Hanoi Capital Region. The Business Analyst will collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify business needs, analyze processes, and define clear business requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering, documenting, and evaluating data to develop solutions that address organizational challenges. The role also requires facilitating communication between technical and non-technical teams and ensuring successful project delivery aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers, enterprise partners, and internal stakeholders to gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements related to AI products.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to deeply understand real-world operational workflows, then propose AI-powered solutions and process improvements tailored to each customer segment (government, enterprise, SME, B2C).
• Research, analyze, and model customers' existing business operations; propose new features or enhancements to AI products that address genuine operational needs.
• Analyze data and produce business documentation with a strong focus on the end-to-end user journey — from onboarding and AI agent interaction, through document processing, to output delivery and system integration.
• Write business and system requirement documents (BRD, URD, SRS, PRD) and solution design documents to support the product development team and business units in delivering AI solutions effectively.
• Coordinate solution testing, conduct internal training, support UAT, and collect user feedback to continuously improve the product within an Agile development cycle.
• Participate in acceptance testing and product handover, ensuring the AI solution fully and accurately meets customer and end-user requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology or a related field. Overseas graduates are preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst at software companies, technology firms, or enterprise digitalization solution providers.
• Preferred candidates with knowledge in at least one of the following: intelligent document processing (IDP/ADP), AI applications in legal, education, or enterprise workflow automation (BPM).
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and logical thinking skills; able to communicate clearly and effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Proficient in process modeling and technical documentation, with hands-on experience using tools such as Visio, Bizagi, Draw.io, Figma (BA-level wireframing), and Confluence/Notion.
• Able to understand and explain fundamental AI concepts (LLM, RAG, AI Agents, OCR, NLP) to effectively bridge the gap between business and engineering — coding skills not required.
• Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to perform well under product delivery pressure.
• Fast learner with strong adaptability to continuously evolving requirements and technology; product-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

• Prior experience working with B2B SaaS products or AI/ML platforms in an enterprise environment.
• Domain knowledge in legal, finance & banking, education, or supply chain — the core industries C-AI products serve.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and experience working within a product squad structure.
