The Opportunity
This is an ideal role for a recent graduate or early career professional who is analytical, organized, and eager to learn how business operations function in supply chain and logistics from end to end.
As a Business Process Analyst, you will work directly with stakeholders across the organization to document processes, identify inefficiencies, and help implement solutions that drive real operational improvement. You will gain hands on exposure to how a global logistics company operates and build a strong foundation for a long term career in business analysis, operations, or process improvement.
What You Will Do
Business Process Improvement
- Gather and document process requirements by interviewing stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Document current state processes and SOPs using process maps and flowcharts
- Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
- Support the development of recommendations to improve processes, procedures, and systems
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to help implement process and technology improvements
- Track performance of updated processes and document stakeholder feedback
- Assist in identifying improvement projects and developing execution timelines
- Support evaluations of new tools and technologies that improve operational efficiency
- Assist with software and technology selection and adoption efforts
- Help develop onboarding programs and training materials based on SOPs
- Support new hire training and serve as a resource for process related questions
- Assist in developing project plans and tracking deliverables
- Help identify risks, issues, and mitigation strategies
- Participate in stakeholder reviews to confirm project completion
- Bachelor's degree required or in progress in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Management Information Systems, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
- Recent graduates encouraged to apply
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to break down complex processes
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Basic experience with process mapping or flowcharting tools (academic experience acceptable)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Base Salary: $55,000 – $65,000
- Full time, salaried position
