Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technology Solution Sales Representative based in Boca Raton, FL, with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves managing a client portfolio, driving business development efforts, generating and following up on company generated leads, closing sales, and maintaining accountability for maintaining and growing client relationships. The representative will work with our Operations team to position, demonstrate and sell enterprise solutions for clients, collaborate with internal departments, execute sales strategy following a well-defined sales process, and grow long-term relationships with clients to achieve sales objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including verbal and written communication to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Proven skills in Sales, with demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets in a business-to-business environment.
- Experience in Business Development to identify and cultivate new opportunities and expand client networks.
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation skills to create and deliver client-centric solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a hybrid work environment with occasional in-office presence in Boca Raton, FL.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft solutions and the Microsoft enterprise sales ecosystem is an advantage.
