Campaign Nucleus is looking for a Growth Manager to help drive expansion within the political and advocacy space.

If you have a background in politics, campaigns, or grassroots organizing and thrive in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and manage relationships with political campaigns, PACs, and advocacy groups
• Drive new business through outreach, networking, and events
• Identify opportunities to expand Campaign Nucleus’ client base
• Partner with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding
• Stay on top of political trends and grassroots engagement strategies

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in political campaigns, grassroots organizing, or advocacy work (required)
• Strong understanding of the political landscape
• Background in sales, fundraising, or business development is a plus
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter who can operate in a results-driven environment
