We’re partnering with a fast-growing, venture-backed AI company building the next-generation procurement intelligence platform for the public sector.
Backed by top-tier investors including leading Silicon Valley VCs and founded by operators from elite fintech and hedge fund backgrounds, this Series A startup is transforming how vendors navigate a $2T+ SLED market using AI-native workflows and real-time procurement intelligence.
This is a rare opportunity to join as a Founding Account Executive and work directly with the founders to shape enterprise GTM strategy from the ground up.
📍 Location
Fort Lauderdale, FL (5 days on-site with flexibility when needed)
💰 Compensation
• Base: $80K–$120K
• OTE: $120K–$160K

What You’ll Do:
• Open and close strategic Fortune 1000 accounts across cyber, transportation, and public safety
• Lead discovery and executive conversations with senior stakeholders (CROs, RevOps, Sales Ops, BD leaders)
• Own deals end-to-end: outreach, stakeholder management, procurement, security review, and close
• Build deep account intelligence and develop highly personalized enterprise sales motions
• Partner directly with founders on GTM strategy and help build the enterprise sales playbook
What We’re Looking For:
• 2–5 years in enterprise/B2B sales, management consulting, investment banking, or another high-performance client-facing role
• Strong executive presence and ability to build trust quickly with senior buyers
• Exceptional written communication skills
• Ability to manage complex, multi-threaded deal cycles with 10+ stakeholders
• Thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building process in early-stage environments
