Key Responsibilities
Procurement Leadership & Strategy:
- Own and manage the end-to-end procurement process, including vendor sourcing, negotiation, purchasing, and performance management.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships while holding partners accountable to performance standards.
- Analyze market trends, pricing, and competitor activity to inform purchasing decisions.
- Oversee purchase order creation, invoice matching, and delivery tracking to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse management teams to maintain optimal stock levels and avoid shortages or overstock.
- Ensure all procurement transactions and inventory movements are accurately documented and auditable.
- Lead quality control processes for incoming goods and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
- Supervise and support administrative and operational staff within procurement and logistics functions.
- Partner with warehouse, finance, and sales teams to align procurement activities with business needs.
- Delegate tasks effectively while maintaining visibility into team performance and deliverables.
- Foster a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Analyze procurement, inventory, and operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Develop and refine workflows to improve procurement and logistics efficiency.
- Implement systems and best practices to streamline procurement operations and reporting.
- Maintain organized systems for procurement documentation.
- Oversee procurement shipment tracking, delivery coordination, and issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and company standards.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and proactively resolve operational challenges.

- 3–5+ years of procurement, supply chain, or operations management experience required.
- Prior leadership or team management experience required.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with procurement, inventory, or ERP systems preferred.
- Proven ability to negotiate with vendors and manage supplier relationships.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution environments strongly preferred.
- High level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive business information.
- Mandarin language proficiency is a plus; not required
- Experience in the smoke/vape industry is a plus; not required
