Employment Schedule: 12-months, full-time
Duties And Responsibilities
Essential functions of the position may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Desktop/Server Installation/Maintenance;
- Preparing requisitions for missing parts;
- End-User Technology Support through our ticket system;
- Professional development as requested;
- Coordinating audio-visual needs for school wide events;
- Design the Morning Announcement Presentation Show in coordination with the Activities Director;
- Providing needed software or links to labs including, but not limited to: Vision, Mavis Beacon, USA Test Prep, IReady, Rosetta Stone, FSA/EOC Needs;
- Information Systems Maintenance & Network Management;
- Operating system upgrades;
- Server management; including network backups;
- Data and Information Security;
- Paper Cut management;
- Setting up group emails;
- Inventory of all Technology Equipment;
- Tech Inventory for Charter Tools & State Reporting;
- Security Cameras;
- Assigned to the appropriate end-users;
- PR Duties;
- Provide for a yearly technology evening for parents;
- Registration Day support.
