Executive Assistant to Managing Directors

- Salary depends on experience (120-140k base) plus discretionary bonus eligibility. Comprehensive benefits (medical HSA plan), 401k match, 3 weeks’ vacation, gym passes ($150 full reimbursement), phone reimbursement, etc.
- Hours are 9am-5pm, with flexibility as needed. 5 days in office.
- Provide high-level executive administrative support to two Managing Directors.
- Schedule and organize extensive internal and external meetings, conference/video calls, and appointments; manage and maintain busy and ever-changing calendars.
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements and detailed itineraries.
- Prepare, process, and submit expense reports.
- Draft, type, and edit emails and correspondence.
- Assist with ad hoc projects as needed.
- Minimum 4-10+ years of applicable high-level administrative experience working in the financial services/tech industry (strongly preferred/required – must be out of a corporate industry).
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Extremely polished and professional.
- Smart, eager, and proactive.
- Reliable – “locked in.”
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Accustomed to working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong MS Office Suite skills.
