Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Hairstylist for an on-site position at our Sharpsville, PA location. The Hairstylist will provide professional hair care services, including cutting, coloring, and styling hair for clients of various preferences and needs. Additional responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their desired looks, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and staying current with industry trends and techniques. Providing excellent customer service and fostering positive client relationships will be a critical component of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Hair Styling, Hair Care, and other related techniques
• Education or certification in Cosmetology
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure client satisfaction
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in cosmetology
• Prior experience in a hairstyling or beauty-related role is preferred
