What You Will Own

• Design, develop, and executetest plans and test cases for Windows-based applications and systems.
  
• Validatesoftware packages, installations, upgrades, and configurations in Windows environments.
  
• Perform QA validationon endpoint management solutions, includingMicrosoft Intunedeployments.
  
• Test and troubleshootWindows OS deployments and task sequence issues across multiple versions (Windows 10/11, Windows Server).
  
• Support and validateVM environments, including provisioning, configuration, and testing.
  
• Install, configure, and troubleshootHyper-Venvironments and virtual machines.
  
• Validatefile system operations, permissions, and enterprise file management processes.
  
• Performregression, functional, and system testing across enterprise IT workflows.
  
• Documentdefects clearly and work with development to drive resolution.
  
• Supportautomation initiatives where applicable to improve QA efficiency.
  

Required Qualifications

• 3–6+ yearsof experience in QA Engineering with strong Windows ecosystem exposure.
  
• Hands-on experiencebuildingOS deployment imagesand task sequences for Windows 10/11 and Windows Server.
  
• ExperiencewithMicrosoft Intuneor similar endpoint/device management platforms.
  
• Strong knowledgeof software packaging, installation, and troubleshooting.
  
• Experience workingwithvirtual machinesand virtualization platforms.
  
• Practical experiencewithHyper-Vinstallation, configuration, and support.
  
• Backgroundin IT Helpdesk or Desktop Support environments.
  
• Solid understandingof file systems, permissions, and enterprise file management.
  
• Strong troubleshootingand root cause analysis skills.
  
• Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills.
  

Preferred Background

• Experience with test automation tools or scripting (PowerShellpreferred).
  
• Familiarity with Azure-based environments and cloud-managed endpoints.
  
• Exposure to security practices, patching, and vulnerability validation.
  
• Experience in enterprise IT environments supporting multiple users/endpoints.
  
• Windows deployment processes
