What You Will Be Doing

  • Commercial Product Teardowns. Youll explore a product to understand its use cases and features, supporting the creation of a new vision and roadmap.
  • Value Drivers Research. Through targeted research, youll uncover key customer and market information that establishes the business value drivers for each product.

What You Wont Be Doing

  • Technical analysis or mapping feature without any connection to value drivers. This role is focused on commercial product aspects.
  • End-to-end product ownership. Youll focus on product research and exploration, not people or project management.

Lead Product Manager Key Responsibilities

Identifying the key features that drive business value for a product, and supporting the creation of strategies that improve customer attraction and retention.

Basic Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with B2B SaaS Product Management
  • Hands-on experience with SaaS product exploration and research, identifying business processes, use cases, and capabilities
  • Experience interacting directly with customers
  • Ability to identify which product features are critical to creating business value for customers
