Must have Skills : Distribution ERP Implementer, ERP Functional Consultant, Job Description : ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES1.Ability to understand domain and customer ecosystem to come up with the most efficient configuration of the ERP system across all distribution modules, a good understanding of financials is desired2.A fast learner with an ability to understand existing ERP system3.Provide functional and transactional ERP system onboarding and training including but not limited to accounting, purchasing, production, distribution, billing, customer order entry, inquiry and quality4.Ability to understand and document As-Is process flows and, consult and create To-Be process flows5.Champion optimal and best practices of use and implementation of the ERP system in client’s organization6.Champion best practices of governance of the ERP system7.Perform ERP system implementation and onboarding of new customers8.Train customer on the ERP system as part of the Implementation process9.Strong communication and analytical skills to understand customer business, elicit the needs and articulate them back effectively for feedback and solutions10.Strong presentation skills to present to in-house team, client stakeholders and management11.Monitor and respond to phone, email or chat communications from customer projects in which you are assigned to onboard12.Work with product development team to research and resolve product issues found during customer onboarding13.Provide input to Product Owner regarding product enhancements14.Analyze and validate data that was converted from the legacy system to the new ERP platformSKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Domain degree / certifications (business, technology or supply chain), experience of working with an ERP such as Sage, Epicor, Infor etc.We are a Digital Product Engineering company that is scaling in a big way!
