10x PeopleSoft Developer/Consultant v9.2 - Full Remote

For an international organization, we are urgently looking for a 10x PeopleSoft Developer - Full Remote with knowledge and experience with PeopleSoft v9.2. Candidates need to be fluent in English. All positions are long-term. This position is open for freelancers.
Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Perform feasibility and impact analysis, architecture design, and development of tools and enhancements using advanced technologies and Oracle PeopleSoft system using 8.57;
  
• Improve scalability, speed, and performance of existing models;
  
• Create various documentation required as part of implementation;
  
• Design and build web services to integrate Oracle PeopleSoft with third party systems in real-time;
  
• Design, monitor, and enhance data conversion program;
  
• Produce various documentation required as part of implementation;
  
• Ability to meet the timelines set by the support centre on the Change requests raised;
  
• Prepare roll-out plan for the various development activities;
  
• Develop integration mechanisms between HR and other systems;
  
• Support migration plan and procedures;
  
• Prepare POC, feasibility study for new requirements;
  
• Peer review for new change requests;
  

Profile:

• Bachelor or Master degree;
  
• 3+ years of technical development experience in PeopleSoft v9.x (v9.2 preferred) Human Capital Management modules, including LMS, Recruiting/TAM;
  
• 3+ years of experience in analysis, design, and development utilizing PeopleTools 8.5x technologies (PeopleCode, Application Designer, App Engine, Integration Broker, AWE);
  
• Solid working knowledge in modifying/creating PeopleSoft PeopleTools Application Designer objects (components, pages, records, fields, SQL, Application Engine, Application Packages, etc.);
  
• Experience in developing integration using web services is required;
  
• Experience in developing Fluid Pages, Pivot Grids, Activity Guides, Related Content Framework;
  
• Experience in developing HTML/CSS pages in Peoplesoft;
  
• Experience in deploying models and application in cloud infrastructure is required;
  
• Problem-solving, analytical, programming, debugging, and design skills are desired;
  
• Strong organization and communication (written and oral) skills and the ability to manage time and multiple tasks with some guidance from senior technical staff;
  
• Self-starter able to dive in, resolve ambiguity, and achieve results;
