Miter is looking for an Operations Engineering Lead to join their team and build internal systems and deploy models using AI. The role will sit at the intersection of product, ops, and applied AI, and will involve owning the internal product roadmap, embedding with CX, and driving cross-functional projects through influence.
Requirements
- 4+ years in a highly strategic generalist role (management consulting, product management, BizOps, or similar)
- Baseline technical fluency (reading API docs, drafting PRDs, stitching together internal tooling)
- Clear linear thinking and writing
- Empathy and strong listening skills
