Senior Account Executive

Location: Milwaukee, WI (Hybrid)
Compensation: OTE $140k-$200k (base + uncapped commission + bonus)

Overview
A growing professional services firm in the cybersecurity space is hiring a Senior Account Executive to focus on bringing in new clients and driving revenue growth.

This is a high-impact role where you will be responsible for building your own pipeline, closing new business, and helping shape the sales approach as the company continues to expand. You will have a high level of autonomy and direct access to leadership.

This position is best suited for someone who enjoys hunting for new business, running full sales cycles, and operating in a fast-moving, build-out environment.

What You'll Be Selling
You will be selling consulting-based services that help organizations better understand and reduce cybersecurity risk. These engagements are focused on improving security strategy, strengthening systems, and protecting business operations.

This is a consultative sale focused on business outcomes, not product reselling.

What You'll Do

You'll lead discovery conversations, identify client needs, and position services in a way that ties to business impact. You'll also manage your pipeline, maintain accurate forecasts, and prioritize high-quality opportunities.

Additionally, you'll play a role in helping refine messaging, sales process, and go-to-market strategy as the company grows.

  • Strong prospecting and discovery skills
