As an Account Manager Sales Coordinator, you will be the driving force behind Circle Logistics’ business growth. In this role, your primary objective is to hunt for new opportunities—actively prospecting, cold calling, and onboarding new clients to capture market share. You will be the owner of your own portfolio from day one, bringing innovative shipping solutions to prospective partners and nurturing those initial cold calls into long-term, high-volume accounts.

Once you onboard a client, you will manage the entire cradle-to-grave lifecycle of that account, which includes sourcing the capacity to move their critical freight. This job is fast-paced, high-energy, and heavily outbound—perfect for a competitive closer who thrives under pressure and handles high call volumes with ease.


Your Day to Day:

  • Aggressive Prospecting: Generate a pipeline of new sales opportunities through relentless research, market discovery, and cold calling.
  • Client Onboarding: Pitch Circle’s diverse logistics capabilities to prospective partners and seamlessly onboard them as active clients.
  • Account Portfolio Management: Act as the primary point of contact for your booked customers, analyzing their shipping trends and offering personalized, strategic solutions.
  • Margin Negotiation: Price and quote competitive freight rates directly to your customers to win their business while securing strong profit margins.
  • Problem-Solving & Communication: Serve as the strategic operational lead for your accounts, resolving complex logistics issues to ensure a "No Fail" service standard.
  • End-to-End Execution: Oversee your clients' daily shipments from pickup to delivery, working with internal teams or carrier partners to guarantee strict adherence to schedules.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with management to review your daily sales activities, pipeline data, and custom pricing strategies for high-priority prospective accounts.


What You Bring:

  • Hunter Mentality: A strong background or natural talent for high-volume cold calling, overcoming objections, and closing new business.
  • Sales Maturity: The experience and professionalism required to effectively negotiate with corporate shipping managers and secure high-value freight portfolios.
  • High-Energy Drive: The stamina to thrive in a metrics-driven, fast-paced, outbound calling environment.
  • Dependability & Grit: Exceptional time management skills and the work ethic required to execute flawless logistics strategies for your high-priority accounts.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights or weekends, to support your customers' critical supply chain needs.
  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
