Position Summary
We are seeking a Commercial P&C Account Executive to support a multi-million-dollar book of business with a sweeping 30% increase in business in the 2026 year alone. This is a high-touch environment requiring strong attention to detail, proactive carrier follow-up, and collaboration with Producers and internal teams.
The ideal candidate will be located and report to our Atlanta or Boca Raton, FL offices. Remote opportunity available for the right candidate.
What will your job entail?
- Prepares accounts for new business and renewals as directed by the broker, initiating renewal reviews to optimize client coverage and recommending strategies for client retention.
- Assists brokers in developing market submissions and quote cover letters, while reviewing incoming documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Builds strong relationships with brokers and demonstrates a solid understanding of brokerage operations to proactively support evolving business needs.
- Partners with brokers to drive renewal activity and generate new business opportunities through client referrals.
- Collaborates on new business strategies, including the development of proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
- Evaluates account-related risks and ensures compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
- Maintains accurate client data in internal systems, produces clear documentation, and adheres to defined guidelines and service standards.
- Generates performance and portfolio trend reports using data and insights to support broker decision-making and enhance the book of business.
- Coordinates with internal teams to fulfill contractual obligations, resolves invoicing issues with Premium Accounting, and manages notices of cancellation.
- 1+ years of Commercial Property & Casualty insurance experience
- Active P&C license
- Proactive, openness to learn, team based mindset
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Risk Management, or related field)
- Experience working within commercial real estate accounts
- ImageRight and Excel proficiency

The target salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 annually.
The wage range for this role considers many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, and market demands. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Full-time roles are eligible for bonuses and benefits.
