As Key Account Manager - Custom & Glazing, you will be at the forefront of our go to market approach, working closely with glazing fabricators, custom die owners and raw material customers. You’ll identify growth opportunities, influence technical solutions and drive strong commercial outcomes while strengthening long-term partnerships.
What you’ll be doing
- Champion health and safety as the number one priority
- Build deep, trusted relationships with key accounts in the custom and glazing market
- Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities, including custom extrusion projects
- Shape and manage a strong project and opportunity pipeline using CRM and tracking tools
- Partner with customers to understand specifications, technical requirements and emerging trends
- Work closely with internal teams across sales, marketing, supply chain and product development
- Represent the business at trade shows, customer events and industry forums
- Drive pricing, margin and commercial performance aligned to business targets
- Maintain accurate reporting, forecasting and account plans
- Proven experience in key account management or business development within construction, building materials, glazing or fabrication environments
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation and influencing capability
- Commercial acumen with a strategic, growth-focused and solutions mindset
- A technical aptitude and ability to understand specifications and manufacturing processes
- Excellent organisation, planning and time management skills
- Confidence working autonomously while collaborating as part of a wider team
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- A valid NZ Driver’s Licence and travel is a requirement of this role.
