Sales Account Manager - Auckland

Now, we’re looking for a Sales Account Manager to represent L’affare across Auckland and Northland. Based at our Atomic Coffee Roasters site in Kingsland (as we are part of the UCC Coffee group), you’ll join one other Auckland-based L’affare Account Manager and connect regularly with your leader and our Wellington sales team too.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a portfolio of accounts across Auckland and Northland (split of existing and new business)
- Prospect, pitch, and convert new accounts while growing existing customer sales
- Provide exceptional relationship management with a focus on customer retention
- Deliver in-house coffee training, quality control guidance, and be your customers’ go-to coffee specialist
- Spend approx. 3 days every 4 weeks in Northland, with the rest of your time based in Auckland
- Collaborate with our sales, technical and brand teams to support Laffare’s position in market
- 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in hospo or similar customer-focused industries
- Ability to work autonomously with sales capability - to prospect, negotiate, close, and follow up
- Strong interpersonal and commercial skills - balancing brand, customer and business outcomes
- Confidence training others in product and process (we’ll help build your coffee knowledge if needed)
- A clean, full driver’s licence and a willingness to be hands-on - whether it’s tech support or event setup
