Meet The Team
This role focuses introducing Dexcom CGM technology to enterprise and C‑suite organizations as a strategic solution to enhance workforce productivity, wellbeing, and employee value proposition.
The Key Account Executive will engage senior decision‑makers — including CEOs, CFOs, CHROs, and Executive Leadership Teams — to position Dexcom CGM as both a productivity enabler and a differentiated employee health benefit. This role requires exceptional commercial acumen, executive‑level communication skills, and the ability to translate health technology into clear economic and business outcomes.
This is not an established sales channel. Success will require an entrepreneurial mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to shape and influence how this new market is defined in New Zealand.
Where You Come In
Enterprise & C‑Suite Engagement
- Build, develop, and manage senior‑level relationships with C‑suite and executive stakeholders within large organisations
- Lead strategic, insight‑driven conversations that link health outcomes to business performance, productivity, and workforce sustainability
- Influence executive decision‑makers by articulating compelling value propositions aligned to organisational priorities
- Translate Dexcom CGM technology and data into business‑relevant outcomes, including productivity impact, cost avoidance, and return on investment
- Interpret and confidently present economic, financial, and workforce‑related data to support executive decision‑making
- Understand complex business mechanics and tailor solutions to align with each organisation’s structure and goals
- Identify, shape, and develop a new enterprise market segment for Dexcom in New Zealand
- Develop account‑level strategies that reflect long sales cycles, multiple stakeholders, and complex buying processes
- Provide market insights and customer feedback to inform broader commercial and strategic direction
- Work cross‑functionally with Marketing, Medical and Clinical Teams, Legal and Market Access, and Leadership teams to co‑create enterprise propositions
- Act as a strategic partner to internal stakeholders, ensuring consistency, credibility, and quality in executive engagement
- You must demonstrate success selling complex, high‑value solutions to C‑suite or senior executive stakeholders
- You have strong commercial background with proven ability to engage in strategic, economics‑based discussions
- You have experience operating in ambiguous, evolving, or greenfield commercial environments
- You have experience of executive‑level communicator with presence, credibility, and influence
- You have strong business acumen with the ability to understand and articulate financial and organisational drivers
- You have high learning agility with the ability to quickly master and translate innovative technology
- You are Entrepreneurial, forward‑thinking, and motivated by building something new rather than inheriting an established model
- You are Purpose‑driven and inspired by making a meaningful difference to workforce health outcomes in New Zealand
- At minimum a bachelor’s degree in medical or business-related disciplines
- At least 5 years of experience in Enterprise, C-suite
- Travel within New Zealand and APAC as required to support enterprise engagements
