- Strong communication and presentation skills, with a collaborative mindset.
- A proactive problem-solver who ensures high-quality, on-brand outputs every time.
- Lead projects from planning to delivery, ensuring high-quality, on-brand campaigns.
- Act as the main liaison between clients and the creative team gathering feedback, managing revisions, and ensuring client expectations are met.
- Oversee the content creation process, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with client objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and vendors to deliver campaigns on time and within scope.
- Review and approve content/assets before release, maintaining quality and attention to detail.
- Provide clear guidance to creatives and ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders.
- Track project progress, prepare performance updates, and propose improvements for future campaigns.
- Adapt to shifting project schedules, which may change based on project urgency every 34 weeks
