Territory Sales Representative – Southwest Region (AZ, NV, CA, NM)
Location: Greater Phoenix, AZ, Nevada, California
Compensation: $140,000 base + performance-based incentives (OTE $180K–$220K+)
The Opportunity
A privately held, industry-leading manufacturer in the sustainable packaging space is seeking a high-performing Territory Sales Representative to drive growth across the Southwest. This organization is known for its strong reputation in quality, safety, and long-term customer partnerships, with continued investment in innovation and sustainability.
This is a high-impact role with significant earning potential and the ability to own and grow a multi-state territory.
Note: Prior corrugated packaging experience is required.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive revenue growth across a multi-state territory (AZ, CA, NV, NM)
- Build and expand long-term relationships with key customer accounts
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through account management
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver tailored customer solutions
- Monitor market trends and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- 5–10+ years of B2B sales experience (industrial or manufacturing environments preferred)
- Required: Experience selling corrugated packaging solutions
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build trust with operations, procurement, and executive stakeholders
- Comfortable traveling regionally (2–3 nights per week)
- CRM experience (Salesforce or similar preferred)
