Sales Environment:

  • Average deal size: $500 - $2,000
  • Typical sales cycle: same day – 1 week
  • Sales model: phone + online
  • Lead sources: inbound + self-generated opportunities


Responsibilities:

  • Execute proven sales processes to generate and close new business
  • Build and maintain relationships with business owners, executives, and key decision makers
  • Manage your own sales pipeline through prospecting and inbound opportunities
  • Conduct discovery calls and present customized solutions
  • Deliver outstanding service to retain and grow your book of business

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience
  • Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a B2B environment
  • Strong organization and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and able to manage your own pipeline
  • No travel required


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 (+ Commissions and Bonus potential)
  • OTE Year 1: $80,000 - $95,000
  • OTE Year 2: $95,000 - $120,000
  • Residual commission on what you sell
