Tasks
- Own the full sales cycle for a defined customer segment, leading cross‑functional teams from acquisition to close
- Build and grow strategic customer relationships, driving upselling, cross‑selling, and long‑term revenue
- Prepare proposals and contracts and act as the key contact for customer stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities through market and competitor insights
- Ensure contract‑compliant service delivery and continuously improve customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with Marketing and PR to support go‑to‑market initiatives

- Completed university degree, ideally in industrial engineering, or equivalent knowledge and skills acquired through relevant training and professional experience.
- Good knowledge of the airfreight and/or aviation industry
- Strong entrepreneurial thinking and action, high cost awareness, ability to recognise and assess economic relationships, and a strong willingness to take responsibility
- Confident presence with excellent communication, negotiation and assertiveness skills
- Ability to represent the company both internally and externally.
- Strong planning, coordination, and organisational skills; decision-making ability and implementation strength.
- High flexibility and initiative.
- Able to work under pressure; willingness to travel
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
