Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide frontline IT support on the plant floor, ensuring end-users receive timely assistance.
- Support and maintain handheld scanners, mobile carts, and other endpoint devices critical to operations.
- Manage battery replacements and troubleshoot hardware-related issues.
- Assist with tasks related to the ERP project, including user support and system troubleshooting.
- Work closely with manufacturing employees to ensure they understand and can effectively use IT tools.
- Walk extensively throughout the plant, potentially reaching 10,000 steps per shift while providing on-site support.
- Document and track IT issues, resolutions, and trends to improve future support efforts.
- Coordinate with IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Maintain and update IT hardware inventory as needed.
- Travel between Greenville, PA and Leetonia, OH locations. (10%)
- Work on projects as assigned by supervisor.
- Other duties as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
- Certification in ITIL Foundation and MSFT MCSE or similar preferred
- Two or more years of experience in IT support is required.
- Three or more years of combined education an experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and ability to assist with ERP-related tasks.
- Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical users and provide patient, hands-on support.
- Physical ability to walk extensively and perform hands-on technical work in a manufacturing setting.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel between plant locations as required.

Our salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
