Are you a friendly, outgoing professional who loves helping people? Southwoods Health is looking for a vibrant Receptionist to join our Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Services team in Boardman. As the first face our patients see, you will set the tone for their recovery journey by providing a warm, welcoming, and seamless experience.

Schedule & Benefits

• Hours: 40 hours per week (Full-Time), Monday – Friday.
• Shift Details: Standard shifts fall within our hours of operation, with one late night required (Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday) until 7:00 PM.

• Patient Coordination: Greet patients with a smile and manage the reception area with high energy and exceptional service.
• Scheduling: Coordinate patient appointments efficiently within the physical therapy department.
• Communication: Handle phone inquiries with a friendly demeanor, providing information and directing calls to the appropriate staff.
• Insurance Verification: Perform eligibility checks and authorizations to ensure accurate billing and coverage.
• Administrative Support: Maintain accurate patient records and perform clerical duties to support the clinical team.

• Personality: Friendly, outgoing, and energetic. We want someone who genuinely enjoys engaging with people!
• Experience: Prior office or clerical experience is required. Previous experience in a Physical Therapy or Medical Office setting is a significant plus.
• Skills: Strong communication, great attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Technology: Proficiency with basic computer systems and a willingness to learn Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software.
