PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The Global Junior Account Manager, Advertising is based in Madrid, will support the management of a portfolio of VOYA’s brand advertisers, ensuring smooth campaign delivery and a high standard of client service. They will assist across the full post-sale lifecycle, contributing to campaign coordination, performance reporting and client communication, while developing their commercial and account management skills. This role offers exposure to VOYA’s full advertising ecosystem, including DOOH, programmatic, sponsored media and data-driven solutions. Working closely with Senior Account Managers and cross-functional teams, they will support in the delivery of a seamless client experience and contribute to identifying opportunities for account growth and retention.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supports the day-to-day management of assigned client accounts, ensuring effective campaign coordination and delivery
  • Assists in onboarding new advertisers and preparing campaign briefs for internal teams
  • Collaborates with Campaign Management, Ad Operations, Creative and Insights teams to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly
  • Prepares campaign performance reports and support the development of client presentations and business reviews
  • Helps identify renewal, upsell and cross-sell opportunities across VOYA’s advertising solutions
  • Maintains accurate records of account activity, pipeline and forecasts in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Supports internal coordination to ensure timely communication and issue resolution
  • Contributes to proposal development for campaign extensions and new initiatives
  • Assists in building and maintaining relationships with client stakeholders across Spain and selected international markets
  • Gathers client feedback and share insights with internal teams to support continuous improvement


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 1–3 years of experience in account management, client services, campaign management or a related field (internships included)
  • Interest and basic understanding of media, advertising or digital ecosystems (DOOH, programmatic, retail media, etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and grow in a client-facing commercial role
  • Comfortable working with data and performance reports, with an interest in translating insights into actionable recommendations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Collaborative approach and ability to work across functions and international teams
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Based in Madrid, with flexibility for occasional travel
  • Fluency in English and Spanish required; additional languages are a plus
