Padagis Shoham is seeking a Key Account Manager (Commercial Department)
This role offers full ownership of strategic accounts, focusing on building, developing, and maintaining long-term partnerships with key customers. You will work cross-functionally with senior leadership and collaborate with both internal teams and external stakeholders to drive business growth and ensure alignment between customer needs and organizational capabilities.
In this position, you will also gather market insights, support business development initiatives across the generic and branded portfolios, analyze data to generate actionable insights, and lead pricing proposals, tenders, and agreements following strategic negotiations in close partnership with the Finance team.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Economics, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field
- Master’s degree – an advantage
- At least 5 years of experience in trade and sales to medical institutions in Israel
- Experience working with HMOs and hospitals in Israel
- Proven experience in high-level strategic negotiations
- Experience working with the pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare markets in the West Bank and Gaza
- Familiarity with the pharmacy market and private pharmacies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and generate insights
- Full proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel
- High level of English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Experience in marketing – an advantage
- Experience in Market Access – an advantage
- Strong technological orientation
